SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How Costs Are Calculated
Shipping charges are not a single flat fee. The total is generated at checkout, reflecting the specific destination and the number of items in your cart. After you add products to your cart and enter your mailing address, the system will display the final shipping cost tailored to that particular order.
Sending to Multiple Addresses
A single order is dispatched to one address only. If you need items to reach different locations, you must place a separate order for each destination. This keeps the routing clear for every package.
Customs & Duties
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Teebangs does not collect VAT, taxes, or duties on these orders. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility upon import. We recommend contacting your local customs office directly to learn about potential fees before your package arrives.
Delivery Speed
After your payment is processed, the transit time is determined by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Each available option has its own delivery window, so the arrival date depends on your selection.
Unforeseen Delays
We deliver to standard street addresses, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses worldwide. While we work to get your order to you promptly, the final delivery timeline can sometimes be affected by factors outside our direct control, such as:

- Severe weather conditions

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The 45-Day Window
You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. All return requests must be made within this period. To begin, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning it. This window applies to purchases made directly through https://fashionsloft.com/. If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer, that retailer manages the return process.
Scenario: You've Changed Your Mind
If you decide an item isn’t right for you, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that arrive with stains, folded cards, broken seals, or broken plastic foiling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, products purchased through a different retailer, items ordered incorrectly by mistake, and items damaged through mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.
Fashionsloft reserves the right to deny any return, refuse a refund or exchange if the product condition is unacceptable, and refuse returns made without a receipt.
Scenario: The Order Is Wrong or Damaged
For a faulty unit, wrong item, or an unsatisfactory product, contact Customer Support. You will need to provide the following information:

- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
In some cases, a video or photo of the defective product is required as proof before a refund or replacement can be processed.
Scenario: You Need to Cancel
Once an order has been packed or handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. To request a modification or cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number and the details of the change.
What Happens to Your Money
After your return arrives at our facility, processing takes up to 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it is handled. The refund is issued to the original form of payment. For credit and debit card payments, the refund is sent to your card-issuing bank within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item or your cancellation request. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
