How Costs Are Calculated
Shipping charges are not a single flat fee. The total is generated at checkout, reflecting the specific destination and the number of items in your cart. After you add products to your cart and enter your mailing address, the system will display the final shipping cost tailored to that particular order.
Sending to Multiple Addresses
A single order is dispatched to one address only. If you need items to reach different locations, you must place a separate order for each destination. This keeps the routing clear for every package.
Customs & Duties
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Fashionsloft does not collect VAT, taxes, or duties on these orders. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility upon import. We recommend contacting your local customs office directly to learn about potential fees before your package arrives.
Delivery Speed
After your payment is processed, the transit time is determined by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Each available option has its own delivery window, so the arrival date depends on your selection.
Unforeseen Delays
We deliver to standard street addresses, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses worldwide. While we work to get your order to you promptly, the final delivery timeline can sometimes be affected by factors outside our direct control, such as:
- Public holidays
- Destination country’s local processes
- Severe weather conditions
- Schedule of the international courier
