RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. All return requests must be made within this period. If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer, that retailer manages the return process.
Scenario: You've Changed Your Mind
If you decide an item isn’t right for you, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that arrive with stains, folded cards, broken seals, or broken plastic foiling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
